I started my Real Estate career in 2012 with Mortgage Lending and became a licensed Realtor in 2021.

Along with my Real Estate license, I also have held an insurance license and a mortgage broker license.  My passion is helping people make home ownership a reality.

I am an Artesia native and having lived in Carlsbad for many years, I have a broad understanding of Eddy County and it’s unique needs.

I am married to Joel Thurmond and we have one son, Justin.  We attend Faith Baptist Church.  In our free time we love to ride our horses, hunt and fish and enjoy time outdoors.
